As Bodhisattvas, we vow to free all beings from suffering. This includes ourselves.

Growing up and waking up can be such an intense and messy process.  As meditators and spiritual seekers, we need tools that ground us in loving presence and help us digest the constantly shifting experience of our world.

Self-compassion can:

  •  Reduce depression, shame and feelings of isolation
  •  Support a growth oriented mindset
  •  Increase feelings of connection to self and others
  •  Increase our ability to hold space for others

The benefits of asana are vast. The capacity to inhabit our body will help us be better able to serve others and will encourage the energetic channels of out body to open.  Therefore becoming better conduits for the high voltage that is tantra.

So, let us get embodied and practice becoming a loving witness to the spectrum of what is manifesting moment to moment in our reality. TOGETHER!
